hitCaptcha bills in points. Points are prepaid before solve and refunded on failure.

Basics

Term	Meaning

Package	CNY amount → points (+ bonus)

New accounts get 1000 free points on signup.

Solve charging

On POST /v1/solve/:type:

1. Auth + balance check
2. Prefetch-deduct points
3. Solve
4. Refund on failure

Insufficient balance → INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE (HTTP 402). Top up under Points in the console — see Payment.

Rate limits

Typical defaults (account / plan may differ):

Exceeded → RATE_LIMITED (HTTP 429). Contact sales or check key limits in the console to raise caps.
