POST /v1/solve/datadome

生成 interstitial 的 POST body（含 plv2 payload 和 plv3）。调用方再把 data.body POST 到 data.post_url。

最少只传 url：服务端打开首页、解析 var dd、拉 interstitial 页和脚本。把 interstitial HTML 直接塞进 payload.html 可跳过这两步。

payload

顶层 cookie 里的 datadome= 会当成 cid。空 Cookie 时从首页 Set-Cookie 取。

首页没有 var dd → SOLVE_FAILED / no var dd。
interstitial 里找不到脚本 → no interstitial js。
